Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blogger Cookbook ("we," "us," "our"), including the website, signup application, and Brand Studio widget (together, the "Service"). By applying to list your blog or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Listing and Approval

Listing your blog on Blogger Cookbook is free. Applications are reviewed before approval, and we may decline or remove a listing at our discretion, including for content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of your recipes and content. By submitting content for listing, you grant us a license to surface, display, and link to it within Fern and related Blogger Cookbook products, with attribution to you and a link back to your original post on every touchpoint.

Revenue Share

Approved bloggers earn 30% of the subscription revenue their content is attributed to driving within Fern, calculated and paid on a recurring monthly basis as described in your account dashboard. Revenue share is not a guarantee of any specific amount and depends on actual attributed subscriber activity. We reserve the right to adjust attribution methodology, and will provide notice of material changes to this calculation.

Brand Studio Widget

If you choose to embed the Brand Studio widget on your own site, you're responsible for its placement and use in compliance with your own site's terms and applicable law. The widget must not be modified to misrepresent attribution or bypass links back to your original content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content you don't have the rights to, misrepresent your identity or blog, or attempt to manipulate attribution or revenue-share tracking.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, followers, or revenue from your listing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blogger Cookbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may remove your listing and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate a listing that violates these Terms. Revenue share earned prior to termination will still be paid according to our normal payment schedule.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
